Yoga – Both For The Body And The Soul

Positive thinking is the act of choosing ideas that empower you over those that limits you. Yoga is a balancing state of both mind and body. It makes us realise who we are really. It will expand our consciousness and bring us to a state of harmony.

It is the subconscious mind that is responsible for our beliefs. All that we perceive is a result of what we accept as true in our subconscious mind. The conscious mind thinks, the subconscious mind absorbs. The conscious mind is our garden and our subconscious mind is like deep,fertile soil. Seeds of both success and failure can be planted in this soil without any discernment. Our conscious mind plays the role of the gardener,choosing which seeds are sown in our soil. But most of us allow bad and good seeds to fall within this soil. This means that limiting ideas are aning those constantly taking root in our subconscious, since they are repeatedly sown there.
