CBI books Guwahati firm's directors for cheating IDBI Bank of ₹168 cr

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered a case against four promoter-directors of Guwahati-based Ghosh Brothers Automobiles, for allegedly cheating IDBI Bank of ₹168.62 crore. A chartered accountant and other unknown bank officials are also under the scanner. The accused availed a loan by submitting false documents and also indulged in diversion of money, a CBI statement said.
