Super-easy Soup Recipes To Keep You Fit & Healthy

We are going through a really tough time these days. Almost everyone is packed up in their homes and getting worried about their fitness and health. Well, don't you worry! Spend this time in learning some new soup recipes which are healthy as they are delicious! 

  • Tomato Soup- The greatest soup of all times! tomato soup has always been a favourite around the world. Here's what you need to do: blanch the tomatoes, peel out its skin, make a smooth puree. Now take a pan, add 1 table spoon of butter, add bay leaf, chopped garlic and chopped onion, saute for a little while add the tomato puree. Stir for 2-3 minutes, add water and (cornflour+ water) add salt and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add cream and enjoy it with crunchy bread cubes. Tadaa...its ready!
  • Lemon Coriander Soup- Even the name sound delicious... moving forward, lemon has lots of health benefit, from skin to liver it keeps everyone happy. Here's how you can make it: take a pan, add some oil, add chopped ginger, garlic and some onion cook for 2 minutes. Now add finely chopped carrots and coriander leaves. Add water with cornflour mixed in it, boil it. Add salt and pepper. Turn off the heat. Add lemon. And you are good to go.
  • Ginger and carrot soup- Hmm... sounds interesting. Right? Both ginger and carrot are healthy ingredients. So you need to saute onion and carrots in butter for 5-7 minutes. After that, add stock (vegetable or chicken stock), water, strips of oranges, salt and water. Let it boil for 20 minutes, remove the orange strips and make the whole thing into a puree. Garnish it with coriander and its ready to serve!
