How to get divorced when your wife was cheating?

Relationships work on the grounds of trust, faith, and most importantly honesty but there are relations in which people find that their partner is cheating on them. And when you find that there is no commitment in the matrimonial bond then that relationship doesn’t work properly.

• Videos, photos, and witnesses to prove that the other spouse has been cheating in their marriage.

• Proof of confession of the other partner of committing to a brothel. 

• You can collect WhatsApp messages of your email that have been exchanged between your spouse and her partner which is under your knowledge and possession. 

• You can also get proof of a test report of a paternity test of a child.

The Hindu Marriage Act 

Under the Hindu marriage act, the husband or the wife can seek divorce and their marriage can be dissolved if a husband or the wife has been violating the marriage and has willingly engaged in a sexual interface other than the other spouse. This means if the husband or the wife has had sexual intercourse with any other person then this matter could be taken or considered to dissolve the marital bond between the two. This could be done under section 13 (1) (i) and the special marriage act under section (27) (a).
